The Application Process

Our application screening and approval process is completed through our software, Appfolio. To receive a link to an application for the property you'd like to apply for, please reach out to our team:

We will send you a link via email or text through which you can fill out the application, pay, and upload any required documentation — all in one convenient place!

Once screening is complete, we will reach out to let you know whether you've been approved, and what your next steps are.

How to Apply in 4 Easy Steps

Find a Property

Browse our available listings on HAR and find a property that fits your needs and budget.

Request an Application

Call our leasing team at 281-330-7219 and we'll send you a personalized Appfolio application link via email or text.

Complete Your Application

Fill out the application, pay the fee, and upload all required documentation through the secure Appfolio portal.

Receive Your Decision

We'll contact you promptly with your approval status and, if approved, walk you through the next steps.

What We Look For

Minimum Qualification Criteria

Below is a summary of our qualification standards. These are available to help you decide if you're ready to apply. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our leasing team at 281-330-7219.

These criteria help applicants determine whether they meet our minimum requirements before applying. They are intended to be a helpful resource, not a guarantee of approval or denial.

Every person over the age of 18 in the household MUST submit a separate application and a valid photo ID.

The combined household monthly income must be at least 3× the monthly rent.

Applicants must have no prior eviction history.

Each applicant must have a minimum credit score of 600+.

If you have pets, you must provide a vaccination record and a photo for every animal. No aggressive breeds are allowed. Weight restrictions may apply depending on the property.

A nonrefundable pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply.

Criminal history is handled on a case-by-case basis.
