Onboarding Fee

$50/unit

One-time fee to onboard each property into our management system and get everything set up.

Management Fee

8–10%/mo

Monthly management fee based on collected rent. Includes all standard management services.

Leasing Fee

100% 1st mo

Covers new tenant placement and all associated leasing costs.

Renewal Fee

$150/renewal

Generally paid by tenants at the start of their renewal period. Covers all renewal lease documentation.
